Pokemon Black 2 vs White 2 has bigger lists than the first pair, with 33 wild Pokemon only in Black 2 and 30 only in White 2. The box dragons swap places as well, along with a Latios or Latias and an egg at the start of the game.

Zekrom waits in Dragonspiral Tower in Black 2 at level 70, and Reshiram takes that spot in White 2. The Dreamyard holds Latios in Black 2 and Latias in White 2, both at level 68.
A Gible egg or a Dratini egg

Floccesy Town gives you a level 1 Gible in Black 2 and a Dratini in White 2. Gible's line is a Black 2 exclusive anyway, so the gift just gets you started. On Route 4 an NPC trades Cottonee for a Petilil in Black 2, and the trade runs in reverse in White 2.
The Gym Leaders do not change

Cheren and Roxie open the Gym run in both games, and no trainer team differs between the versions. The decision is about the Pokemon you want, not the battles you will face.
Which one should you buy?
Buy Black 2 for Garchomp and Zekrom, and buy White 2 for Electivire and Reshiram. We would pick White 2 (Electivire is the one that never lets you down).
