Bull Pokemon are cattle, and no two of them come from the same animal. The bull and the bison are easy to spot, but Camerupt is a camel with volcanoes on its back that only counts because it has the proportions of cattle. All three are in the Ground egg group.
Tauros, the Wild Bull Pokemon, appears to be based on a bull or a bison and may also come from the constellation Taurus. Its tails may be based on a whip, specifically the cat o' nine tails.
Its Paldean form, found in a region inspired by Spain, takes after the Spanish fighting bull, and its black coat could come from the Osborne bull, a cultural emblem of Spain. Its Fire and Water breeds could point to two of the most famous bullfighting practices in Spain: the Toro embolado, where the bull's horns are set on fire, and the Bous a la Mar in Denia, where the bulls run down the street and end up swimming in the Mediterranean Sea. We will be watching from a balcony.
The Tauros of the Galar region are volatile in nature and won't allow people to ride on their backs.

Camerupt, the Eruption Pokemon, resembles a Bactrian camel with volcanoes on its back instead of humps, though it has proportions closer to those of cattle, muskoxen or yaks. Its Mega Evolution (a stronger temporary form some Pokemon take in battle) looks like a one-humped dromedary instead, and its skirt of fur resembles that of a male wild yak. The M on its forehead may stand for Team Magma, whose leader, Maxie, uses a Mega Camerupt in Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.
The humps on its back are formed by a transformation of its bones, they sometimes blast out molten magma, and it apparently erupts often when it is enraged. We also vent when annoyed, though ours is mostly steam. It stands 1.9 m tall and weighs 220 kg.

Bouffalant, the Bash Buffalo Pokemon, is based on a buffalo, particularly an American bison, though its horns look more like those of the African buffalo or Bison latifrons. The fur on its head is made to resemble an afro, inspired by the shaggy hair on top of bison heads, and the golden rings on its horns may come from the rings put on cattle.
These Pokemon live in herds of about 20, and Bouffalant that betray the herd will lose the hair on their heads for some reason. We would stay loyal for the hair alone. Its Reckless ability strengthens recoil moves, the ones that hurt the user too, to 1.2× their power.
Bull Pokemon Are Built to Lose Their Temper
Bull Pokemon have anger written into their rules. Tauros and Camerupt can both have Anger Point, an ability that raises Attack to its maximum of six stages when a critical hit (a lucky hit that deals extra damage) lands on them. Camerupt erupts often when it is enraged, and Tauros is volatile in nature. Bouffalant charges the other way, with an ability that makes its self-damaging moves hit harder.
Even the Paldean Tauros forms come from bullfighting practices where the bull's horns are set on fire or the bulls end up swimming in the sea.
