Every move on Pokepedia has its own page at /pokemon-moves/thunderbolt listing every Pokemon that can learn it through any method (level up, TM, HM, Tutor, or Egg moves).
Step 1
Open /pokemon-moves. Use the search box at the top to type part of the move name or part of its effect text. Click the matching move name in the table.
Step 2
The move page opens with a red hero band showing the move's type pill and damage class (Physical, Special, or Status). The main column below has the stats (Power, Accuracy, PP, Priority) in card form.
Step 3
Scroll to the "Pokemon that learn {move}" section at the bottom. Each Pokemon card shows the sprite, name, and dex number and links to its Pokedex entry. The count next to the header shows the total number of learners across every generation.
