Staravia is the Starling Pokémon, a Normal/Flying-type species introduced in Generation IV. It first appeared in Pokemon Diamond. Staravia stands 0.6m tall and weighs 15.5kg.

They form remarkably large flocks and are constantly fighting amongst themselves. I suspect that those with magnificent plumes on their heads are the strong ones.
